George Worrall Engineering Ltd is a BS EN ISO 9001.2000 registered company and as such we perform our daily operations in accordance with specified procedures. These are reviewed periodically by both internal and external quality audits. The assurance of quality is fundamental to all work undertaken by our company and established procedures are followed by personnel at every level of our organisation.
Our manufacturing plant has full CAD drafting facilities networked to NC punching machinery. We have a full range of cutting, bending, profiling and welding equipment for plate materials and tube. We are able to fabricate in mild steel, stainless steel, aluminium, bronze, copper, zinc and lead. We can also offer a range of finishes such as chromium plating, powder coating, galvanising with or without powder coating, zinc spraying and for stainless steel, brushed or mirror finishes. We are happy to offer guidance in the selection of appropriate materials and finishes for particular applications.
Our management team are fully aware of their obligations to our employees and the risks to which they are exposed as they carry out their daily tasks. All activities are COSHH and risk assessed and we have adopted policies that promote health and safety awareness among all employees. We are also aware of our obligations to the wider community and follow policies that mitigate the environmental effects of our activities, whether in our workshops or on construction sites.
